After the interuption of release 3.1.0 I've made the Debian packages
again for this release.  They're still for grabs from
http://www.soton.ac.uk/~fb102/Debian/ like before.

Please let me know any problems, (packaging) bugs or any other sort of
corrections and wishes on your mind.  And as before, SPARC binary
builds on demand.
