The attached program, as its name indicates, is a tribute to the guy who was probably the most talented choreographer in the history of cinema. As you can see, I intentionally kept this example very simple; however, an enormous number of fascinating visual variations on the basic concept can be introduced by bringing in other objects. Of particular interest are the contrasts between the effects produced by flat-surface objects (pyramids, boxes), curved-surface objects (spheres, ellipsoids), and various possible combinations (cones, cylinders, etc).
