I don't know whether this is possible, but I'm at least pretty sure that no one has done it. At the risk of stating the obvious, you can of course just put a VPython program on a web site and tell people to install VPython (just as you might have to tell them to install some plugin). Agreed though that it would be desirable to have a simple and direct scheme for playing VPython programs in a brower. Definitely on the wish list.
