[Visualpython-users] New VPython for Windows

There is a new VPython for Windows at 
http://cil.andrew.cmu.edu/projects/visual. All you need to update is the 
new DLL.

This fixes a bug that could create an empty graphics window under certain 
conditions. It was due to a typo in the cvisual file display.cpp and was 
introduced by me on Oct. 31 with the new mouse-handling machinery.
