Yes, this is reproducible; thanks for reporting it. There is a new version of povexport.py on the web site that contains a workaround, as well as a change by Markus Gritsch to allow "shadowless=1" as a keyword in the export function. (The error is caused by attempting to assign an array to object.color - apparently this is no longer allowed.)
