[Visualpython-users] UserVector

I have taken a stab at a UserVector mod in the spirit of UserArray, 
with the goal of allowing as seamless as possible interaction between
the cvisual vector and Python classes subbed from UserVector.

Am I reinventing something?

Would like some comment, collaboration on getting it right, as it
does seem a possibly generally useful piece of VPythonica.

How might I go proceed?.
