[Visualpython-users] make_trail question

Some of my students have noticed that the new make-trail feature doesn't
behave like other object attributes in the sense that they cannot use:

ball.make-trail =  True 

to modify a pre-existing object so that it includes a trail. This means
make-trail is different than pos or radius or color. Is there a reason for
this?
