[Visualpython-users] license clarification

Hi list,

there are some notes, that show, that the primitives implementation
from GPC is nonfree (no GPL etc.), but I could not find something about
this in the sources.

Was it removed?

Could you please update that section, to either remove what's not
applicaple anymore or clarify where it's to find?
