I just successfully ran visual by compiling boost from svn, and using
5.13

I will try more tests to confirm, and also try with 5.11 to make sure
it had nothing to do with visual

Also, boost 1.40.0rc1 did not work, I used trunk which identifies
itself as 1.41.0
