[Visualpython-users] Visual Distribution on Window

Hello,
It is possible to have a Vpython distribution on Windows, that do not need to have Administrator privilege? Indeed, it is impossible to install the current Windows distribution into my cumputed.
The dream would be a "VPython.Zip"  that just needs to be "unzip" into the "sitepackage" directory.
