[Visualpython-users] Repaired Windows installer for Python 2.5

A user reported a bug in the Windows installer of Visual 5.11 for Python 
2.5, now fixed.

It's interesting that it took this long to get this report, as the bug 
would have affected anyone trying to use the installer. Maybe few people 
are now using Python 2.5.
