In C:\Python25\Lib\site-packages\visual\examples\
you can run glinfo.py to check your OpenGL driver version.

Old graphics card may have a low version (e.g. 1.2) that does not
support the required OpenGL extensions used by Visual 5.

If so, you shall try update your video card's driver to latest. But
likely you have to upgrade your video card if it does not help.
