The corrections made by CL Cheung have been incorporated into new 
installers for all platforms, available at vpython.org: fixing a bug 
associated with changing the opacity of an object in a frame, and, on 
Windows, changing some details of mouse handling which affected 
docking/undocking operations in the wxpython context. Tests of the frame 
bug which failed on Windows did not fail on Mac or Ubuntu, but the fix 
has been incorporated anyway, as there really was a bug in the code.
