[Visualpython-users] lower level access

I know VPython is made to be very high level...which is great...but is
there anyway i could make calls to do stuff like...

1. manipulate the individual verticies of an object.
2. change the axis of an object...i.e. to the corner, instead of the center
3. change the color of individual faces.

maybe by sub classing of vpython functions???
