I've never used py2exe, but I'll note that you have "from numpy import *" in your program, and you specify "numarray" as a needed package, whereas the production version of VPython depends on Numeric, not numpy nor numarray (it's supposed to work with either Numeric or numarray, but I think it doesn't actually work with numarray).
