#3 Application window-state should be saved and restored
At this time, VisualHAM always maximizes the
mainwindow when it starts. This should be changed :)
When closing VisualHAM, it should save if the window is
maximized or not and also the windowsize and
windowposition has to be saved.
Then, next time VisualHAM starts, this has to be
restored.
