Sorry,
before I wrote the first mail, I have done all trials on the latest release
(0.0.19), because I assumed you used it.
Know, after trying to compile the current CVS contents, I had the same
problem with <map>
The reason is line 51 in persist.h.
Please uncomment using std::map
