Hello,
I just put files for next version into CVS.
These contain: Makefile generation by ./configure
a tvision subdirectory containing a subset of TURBOVISION classes as needed 
to build VISUAL
Note that the debug output now goes into stderr.
So, you should invoke:
./visual 2>vout
