#4 Go to line and column

I would like to see under the edit menu a function
called "Go to line and column" with the keyboard
shortcut Ctrl+G that has an input box where you can
input the destination line and column.

I have seen it done in Scite 1.59 and a similar function
in UniRed 2.04 where the shortcut is the same but you
can only select the destination line.
