#9 Minor menu error.

It's just a minor thing, but the menu mnemonics for
Visual MinGW 0.47a has a slight bug in it:

Both File and Find both use F for their active
character, which creates a conflict when someone hits
"Alt + F" -- no longer will "Alt + F + S" work to save
a file. Standard Windows Interface Design dictates
that "Find" and "Replace" should be contained under the
"Edit" menu.
