#17 switched bin paths in 0.53a

I recently installed the snapshot of 0.53a and ran into
the very confusing problem that vm couldn't find
make.exe.

Discovered that the bin paths in preferences are
switched. The compiler bin path goes in the top textbox
while the label for it is over the bottom one.

I've installed the 0.53 again, all seems ok at first glance.

The compiler path must be something like "C:\MinGW",
VM will append "\bin". This is a bit undocumented though.

Ok, that might be it.
The thing is that I got it working by switching the paths.
