#6 Automated Mail Merging Letter Writer Addition

Add a new script letterwriter.cgi which will allow users to
store templates (rtf?) with a database of macro
commands pointing into data in main database.

The idea is that you pick the document, pick the client
and wallah it will autofill and prepare to print.
