      Hi There

      That is absolutely true - but the idea was that if it is a priority message, then that person should click on the mail icon and action it immediately.

      If the user gets a priority message, they read it and can then delete or save etc which will thus stop the message.

      Also that priority messages should be rare and should be annoying if it really is that important. Otherwise it would just get left????

      I am open to ideas though. Is there a better way to handle this situation? Fire away if you think there is better way.
