[VK] IDE 0.1.9 timestamps

Hi all,

there's a little problem with the timestamps in the IDE of v0.1.9; some files
have modification time in future (Aug 30); pleasse try
	touch *
in every subdirectory of the IDE package, if you have problems with these
bad timestamps.
