    Hi,
I would create a link to mobimap passing the location coordinates.
    I tried

    index.php?option=com_mobimaps&task=setloc_confirm&lat=xx.xxxx&lng=yy.yyyy;

and all went fine but I get the following return url:

    index.php?option=com_mobimaps

    (an empty page).
How I could set the correct return page

    index.php?option=com_mobimaps&view=mobimap

    ?
    Any tips?
    Thanks
    Luc

Are you using the latest version of mobimaps (2.0.7)? Are you using the mobiview (2.0.11) template? Hae you tried turning on SEF (Search Engine Friendly) URL:s in the admin GUI

    I cannot reproduce this here.

    Fresh installation :
    mobimaps 2.07
    mobiview 2.0.11
    Joomla 1.7.3
SEF disabled and SEF enabled same problem

Obviously with the SEF enabled I get:

    /component/mobimaps/

    with SEF disabled I get

    index.php?option=com_mobimaps

As I said I'm not able to repeat this behavoir, but you can try and change the file:
    <joomla-root>/components/com_mobimaps/views/default/tmpl/default.php
…to generate the html you want to be displayed (or maybe do a redirect to another page)
