#40 Founder and protected nicklist action problem

If there is anyone with protected and/or founder modes set the actions on the contextual menu brought up when you rigth click on a user don't work. It attempts to peform the action on the nick with the & or ~ prefix. The message you get is:
[CTCP->~Jessica_Lily] VERSION
[x] ~Jessica_Lily No such nick/channel

A similiar message occurs with other actions too.
