#2 VOS Installation in Windows

Hi,
I followed this link for VOS installation. https://virtuoso.openlinksw.com/dataspace/doc/dav/wiki/Main/VOSUsageWindows

1. Installed VS2012 32 bit distribuitable. (12.0.3.501 version from Control panel)
2. Unzip VOS files into C:\ProgramFiles (86)\Virtuos-Opensource\
3. Added Environment variables
4. Restarted too

When I tried to create VOS windows service. usign this command
virtuoso-t +service screate +instance "virt" +configfile virtuoso.ini
I am getting " Program cant start because MSVCR100.dll is missing....

Though I have isntaled vs2012 C++ distributable

What could be the issue?

Above link says by default conductor will work by http:\localhost:8890\

I am instaling VOS in windows 7 64 bit Virtual machine that does not have internet connection but has LAN
