#16 Perl hosting should support Plack

I've seen that Virtuoso has support for Perl hosting, which is interesting, though I haven't used it.

I'd like to make you aware of Plack: http://plackperl.org/ which is a very prominent direction for writing high-performance web servers these days. My recently released module RDF::LinkedData uses Plack and I intend to continue that way. It would thus be very interesting if the Perl hosting supported Plack out-of-the box, so that we could make full use of the hosting.
