I'm missing this feature from gnome and KDE window managers, where each window in addition to its own system menu (with entries like "minimize", "close" etc) has a sub-entry dedicated to desktop switching. I've seen other apps do that to their own system menu, but I don't know if that is possible to do that for every window in the system. I think it would be great if VirtualWin could provide an option (possibly non-default) to do that too.

Check the "middle button window menu" feature. Look for it in the mouse config tab.
