I run Windows 7 with about 16g of ram and I was noticing that after a while that my system would get to a point where applications could not open windows anymore.

VirtuaWin 4.4

I pulled out Process Explorer (v16.01) and noticed that every time I switch desktops VirtualWin would grab some more USER Objects. Once it had a hold of about 8000 objects then my system would start to tank. Closing VirtualWin and restarting it would bring all things back to life. To see the user objects right-click on a column header in Process Explorer, select the process memory tab and check "User Objects".

I usually run 6 desktops with about 10 items per desktop.

Hi. Tried on my system but could not reproduce. Any special VW settings that you use?

I noticed that I had the WinList module enabled. I disabled it moved around some more and still the same.

Depending upon the windows I switch between I loose about 30 handles.

    Thanks for looking at this.

Tried your config but no difference, not a single leak. I'll take a look in office tomorrow since I move around a lot more there for several hours.
So I take it that you can reproduce quickly and easily?

Yes. Consistently. Which makes for easier debugging at least.

If you can't then I will poke around a bit more and see what I can disable on my system that might affect things.
