users cannot verify email

I have installed VirtualX on windows7. After adding an examiner, a mail is sent to confirm the email and reset the password. But when I click the link I get the error:

You don't have permission to access /password_resets/TaEUnFNlxh9siszSXGtT/verifyPassword on this server.

what should I do to proceed with confirmation of email?

I think you are trying to open the password reset link in the same browser where you have logged in as admin or other user. Can you try opening it after logging out from the default browser or from a new browser.

I opened a new browser and logged into my mail to verify the email and reset the password. The mail I got from VirtualX is as follows:

Dear examiner1,

Your account has been created with VirtualX.

You can login to the system with the following credentials.

User Id: exmnr1

Please verify your email-id and set password after clicking on the link below,

Verify and Set Password

When I click the above link , it opens a new page with the error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /password_resets/Qu75eXoI51GjdhIJO356/verifyPassword on this server.

In the settings of VirtualX , I have set the host name to my machine IP address.

And VirtualX is installed in C:\VirtualX.

Are you able to access other pages from new browser? Kindly share the log file(locate it at log folder) and a screenshot of the error.

At Settings > URL(Enter Host Name) > You forgot to include the port number to the IP address resulting this error. It should be 192.168.1.103:3000.
