    Hello,

    Please find our comments below:

When you extract the zip folder,

    VirtualX –

    -virtualx (copy this folder)

    • Software Deployment Steps.txt

    • User Manual VirtuaX.pdf

If you are installing Virtualx in a Ubuntu based computer and in Ubuntu the
default Document root is " /var/www " folder and in Redhat based computers it
will be " /var/www/html". You need to copy the extracted virtualx folder to
    the respective location.

Once you have done with the above task follow the instructions at the Software
Deployment Steps.txt file to host virtualx with Apache. Once you are done with
the deployment you will be able to access virtual via browser.

    Best Regards,

    VirtualX team

To know the issue a little more clear for us, can you please copy/paste the error showing in the console when you run bundle install and then we can give you a solution based on that. Before all, please make sure that ruby 1.8.7 has been installed properly (rvm is a better option) and also please reply with the responses that your console is showing for the below given commands:

    1) rvm list
    2) rvm version
    3) ruby -v

    hi

ive tried this process on ubuntu server 12.04 and got the followng error in first step.

info: Compiling ruby-1.8.7-p302, this may take a while depending on your cpu(s)...

error: Error running 'make ', please check /home/divyajyot/.rvm/log/ruby-1.8.7-p302/make*.log

error: There has been an error while running make. Aborting the installation.

i got the following error while issuing the command :

    rvm install ruby-1.8.7

so i can not beyond that. according to your installation manual. another method gives error while installing bundle install.

    thanks...
