#2 Full memory CO corruption

I've found when approaching full memory (in my case I had about 1600 bytes free), when reloading a BA into VT (which I killed prior), the BA loads & runs ok, but CO files (or at least their Directory entries) have been corrupted.

    I have since found that this occurs when I have an OptROM loaded (TS-DOS in my case). I have little experience with OptROMS - perhaps this is normal, as unloading the OptROM makes the problem go away.

    Sorry for any hassle casued.
