#13 Add DLG Element Selection Capability

Add the ability to select DLG features including multiple selections.
This will be integrated into the database integration, "driving"
along trails in the 3D view, as well as some editing features I want
to add.

The selected DLG element(s) should be drawn in the user's
"selection" color.
