Hi,
I downloaded VL on my laptop with a cdrw device and burnt a cdrw disk with the image. Now when I reboot I notice two things... first that it recognizes my cdrw drive and dvd drive, but then a second later it gives me message saying cdrom open failed.... but continues to boot.
Secondly after the boot sequence, I find the keyboard is messed up i.e if I type o I get 6, if I type m I get 0 , i.e all characters are messed up. This is only after bootup.
Can anyone suggest making changes in configuration that can solve this
Also I am not configuring a mouse at this instant.. how can I make it recognize my touchpad ( not a serious issue since I have external mouse as well )
