#3 Added build of 0.96b with "jump to previous desktop" functionality

Just added the installer for a version, 0,96b, with features implemented by "Paul Pak":

"I added functionality to switch to the last desktop and to move a window
to the last desktop."

And by "last", "previous" is actually meant :)
So you can easily jump between two used workspaces (like alt-tabbing between two apps).
