Command prompt window not completely virtual

Command Prompt windows and other console-mode windows are not completely virtualized. The context menu does not have the Virtual Dimension option, and VD can "lose track" of which desktop the window is on (e.g. it will appear on the taskbar on one or more incorrect desktops).
Selecting the desktop that the window is supposed to be on will fix the task bar for a while, but as you switch back and forth between desktops, command prompt/console mode windows can appear on the task bar inappropriately.
Nothing can be done for the context menu, Windows does not allow hooking into the console...
