I started moving the IDE stuff to the new devices (again).
I made meta includes (#include "meta/ide.h" includes all the ide functions)
I eliminated the FS tree. I think that it needs to be reliant on stronger
IDE functions, and, in addition, should be secondary to some more basic OS
techs (fork() comes to mind).
