You have to activate viPlugin keybinding in eclipse (it's not selected by 
default).
CTRL-U Page Up
CTRL-D Page Down
CTRL-Y Scroll one line up
CTRL-E Scroll one line down

I'll implemented it in 1.4.0 which should be out tomorrow.
