[Viplugin-user] can load plugin but doesnot work

Hello all,

I have a strange problem with viPlugin. I can load viplugin but none of vi's
function is available to me. I don't really understand why this is
happening.
I am working on it from last 2 days and can not find a solution. I am using
eclipsev3.0M7, which is the latest one on windows 2000. viplugin version is
0.2.9

I have loaded viplugin as described, by using eclipse software updates and
then activated it. I can see the vi icon on the toolbar and also the vi menu
element.
But strangely it is not doing anything. No vi command nothing. Anyhelp will
be great. 

The only thing I can do when it does not work is simply forget eclipse and
work with vi (thats what I am doing till now). I tried to use eclipse
earlier but found it difficult
to use this without vi features. Now once I found this plugin I really felt
very happy but it is not working for me.
