Send over some cheer to Hiroyuki Shigenaga for implementing most of the
features below:

    * fixed crash of viPlugin when closing editor with viPlugin loaded
    * implemented i18n for / (available Unicode character in search word) 
    * implemented #d#; #d#, #c#; #c#, #y#; #y#,
    * fixed ENTER, BS or i key following / or : (ViEditor)
    * fixed I a A o O c C s S (ViEditor)
