The psf seems to work only when you are viPlugin developer. (using the extssh method). For anonymous checkout try the following: First thing you have todo is open the CVS perspective! Then add a cvs location with the information give at the viPlugin CVS site on sourceforge (pserver, cvs.sourceforge.net, anonymous, ...). It doesn't work for me, but definitely should!
