#5 Font selection for vi plugin

Under the auspices of "nice to have" would be a font
selection (Window > Preferences | Workbench + Font)
specific to the vi plugin.

Why? It provides a way to identify that one is in vi
mode. For example, I could use Lucida Console for the
standard editor and Courier New for the vi editor.
