Installation

Install the app jar via "Install from File..." by using the cytoscape "App Manager".

IMPORTANT: For score calculation the JSC.jar is needs to be manually downloaded and placed under cytoscape-mainfolder/framework/lib/. It can be downloaded from http://www.jsc.nildram.co.uk/ .
