#3 OptionValue seems to not be processed correctly

Attached is a sample program that tries to update the VpxSettings. It fails with an "illegal argument". All arguments seem fine.

Run the sample program with args:
service_url, userid, password

and --filter <n> where n is between 1 and 4.

Fails with a SoapError.
