#46 Scrollbars issue

Scrollbars don’t show up when elements are off of canvas until the file is loaded again.
Steps to follow to reproduce the error:
1. Start new class diagram.
2. Create new class object.
3. Drag class object out of screen.

Now you can't see that class unless you save the diagram and open it again.
