"Save As" and "Export to Image file" windows are too slow

#33 "Save As" and "Export to Image file" windows are too slow
When trying to save or export a file, the dialog window opened for any of them consumes 100% of CPU usage.
The system I've tested it was a Microsoft Windows XP Professional, 2002 version, with Service Pack 3 (Brazilian Portuguese).
The machine is a Intel Pentium 4, 2.27GHz, 1.25GB RAM.
