#37 allow multiple ontologies in the two sides of the mappings

I'm confused then how is the best way to map cf:air_pressure to
gcmd:static_pressure and cf:air_pressure to sweet:AtmophericPressure in one
owl-file. Probably not the VINE tool?

Carlos' comment:
VINE is currently limited to only one ontology on each side of the mapping editor, so you will have to create 2 different mapping files. But I agree, VINE should allow multiple ontologies on each side of the mapping editor.
