Vinculum / News: Recent posts

We're pleased to announce that the Vinculum project has released it's first Alpha release. It can be downloaded from the download area. Please check the release notes in the package or on the download area, listing the improvements and bug fixes.

After making final updates to the codebase, we're entering a stage where we need to review exception handling, find memory leaks and so on... This full exercise is estimated to take about 2-3 months, so don't exactly hold your breath. We do expect to release an intermediate version however, if we get happy enough about the stability of Vinculum at that point.

Vinculum has produced a first release of the binaries and the sources. The current binaries can only be built on Linux. This release was specifically built on SuSE 7.3. Please visit the download area.
