Here we are, finally a new version! This merges many of the internal
improvement patches sent to the mailing list since the last release and
fixes a number of bugs which have been reported in the meantime. In
particular:

- Memory leaks fixes (Daniel Carl)
- Global variables moved into structs (Daniel Carl)
- Opening Webinspector in a pane of the current window (Daniel Carl)
- Improved handling of local file parameters (Morgan Howe)
- Image hinting fix (Hannes Schüller)
- New zoom commands (Hannes Schüller)
- Bugfix for definition of multiple colon command aliases (Hannes
  Schüller)

As usual, thanks to all those who contributed code, gave suggestions
and reported bugs!
